Happy Acres Ranch is available for your upcoming event! Our green oasis within the heart of Jacksonville is the perfect space for a wide variety of events and activities for all ages. Not only do we have plenty of shaded space under our pavilion, but there are over 4 acres worth of playgrounds and fields ready to be explored by guests. Happy Acres Ranch is the perfect spot for birthday parties, field trips, family gatherings, weddings, and more. It doesn’t matter if this is your first time hosting an event here, or you’ve been coming back again and again, our staff will ensure that everything goes smoothly from start to finish.

Event Rentals
At Happy Acres Ranch, we do our best to make sure that our event space rentals are priced fairly for events of all sizes. These packages are subject to change and can include add-ons.

Base Ranch Rental - $300
- 3 hour access to front outdoor pavilion
- Picnic tables

Customize Your Party!
Pony Rides - $100 per hour
- Up to 15 riders
- Led by experienced staff
Lake Adventure - $100 per hour
- Up to 50 swimmers at one time
- Two certified lifeguards
- Life jackets
- Round boats and paddles
- Kayak
- Paddleboard
- Beach play
- Fishing
Petting Zoo - $100 per hour
Meet and interact with our friendly:
- Baby goats

17-Foot Waterslide - $100
Available for the duration of your party. Subject to availability.

All Other Event Space Rentals
Happy Acres Ranch can be used for a variety of occasions. In the past we have hosted school field trips, weddings, family reunions, company picnics, and more! At Happy Acres Ranch, we are proud to offer our unique space for whatever event you may have.
If you are interested in any of our event space rental packages or have a question about your specific event, please contact us and we will help you create the perfect event for your needs.
School/Homeschool Field Trips - $10 per student
- Weekdays, 9:30am – 12:00pm with a bring your own picnic lunch under the pavilion
- Activity rotation
- Barn Animal Encounter
- Nature Walk
- Fishing
Campfire Evening Rental - $200
Any night of the week (except the third Friday of the month)
- 6:00pm – 8:30pm
- Access to pavilion and restrooms
- Campfire
- Smores
Parents' Night Out - $40 per child + $20 for additional siblings
Every 3rd Friday of the month from 5:30pm – 10:00pm
- Hot dogs, chips, a drink, and dessert
- Supervised lake swim
- Movie (indoors or outdoors, weather depending)
- Crafts

We are working on after-school care, youth programming, a live music schedule, craft fairs, as well as school break camps (Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break) and we are planning an incredible Summer Camp 2027. Check back for more info coming soon.
