Camper Registration Fee           $50/per camper
8:00am-4:30pm Camp Week     $200/per week
4:30pm-6:00pm Aftercare          $50/per week per child

 

 

 

Looking to enroll? Here's how!

  1. All new families must start with a tour of our center. We are a unique center with unique programs; it’s important for us to give our families the opportunity to know exactly what they are signing up for.  Hit our “Book Now” button on our Facebook page to see all available tour times!  
  2. Become familiar with our center policies and procedures by visiting our Parent Portal
  3. Create your personal MyProcare profile.  Once we get the notification you created your account, we will import you into our system. You will receive an email notification from MyProcare with your confirmation code. 
  4. Log back into your MyProcare account. From the “MENU” choose “REGISTRATIONS”, then “BEGIN”. Select first child and continue to “SELECT PROGRAMS” Select the program(s) of interest, and complete the questionnaire. Parents must complete a questionnaire for each child enrolling. The end of the questionnaire will prompt you to pay the registration fee. All summer campers are required to register for the $50 Camper Registration Fee, then proceed to select your weeks and add-ons.
  5. Year-round families (excludes summer camp only families), scan and email all required additional documents below to our office at happyacresranch7117@gmail.com. Registration is not complete without the following documents:
