Registration

Looking to enroll? Here's how!

  1. All new families must start with a tour of our center. We are a unique center with unique programs; it’s important for us to give our families the opportunity to know exactly what they are signing up for.  Hit our “Book Now” button on our Facebook page to see all available tour times!  
  2. Review our Happy Acres Ranch Parent Handbook to become familiar with our center policies and procedures. 
  3. Create your personal MyProcare profile.  We will then import your information into our system. You will receive an email from MyProcare confirming your information has been imported. 
  4. Log back into your MyProcare account. Click the blue “Re-Registration” button. Select the program of interest, and complete the questionnaire. Parents must complete a questionnaire for each child enrolling. The end of the questionnaire will prompt you to pay the registration fee. 
  5. Scan and email all required additional documents below to our office at happyacresranch7117@gmail.com. Registration is not complete without the following documents: 
  • Signed Confirmation Registration Form from MyProcare
  • Monthly Pricing Contract (only for families enrolling year-round, does not apply to any seasonal camps/school holidays)
  • Tuition Express Automatic Payment Authorization Form – Tuition is charged automatically each week to the bank account/credit card on file in our secure system. 
  • Florida Immunization Record
  • School Health Entry Exam
